The Gems
The Gems is the band that started in 2023 and has already taken rock Sweden by storm. In January 2024, the debut album Phoenix was released, which immediately rose to 3rd place on the album chart in Sweden and also reached high positions in Europe and the USA.
The Gems consists of Guernica Mancini on vocals, Emlee Johansson on drums and Mona "DeMona" Lindgren on guitar and bass. The band's sound is a mix of classic rock with a modern touch. During their many years as prominent members of the band Thundermother, they have become hugely experienced and seasoned musicians, with many major tours under their belts.
Among other things, they have played at Wacken, Sweden Rock Festival, Copenhell and most recently as part of the legendary Scorpions on a two-month arena tour in North America.
