Entrance fee at the gate: The festival area has no entrance fee during the day and Thursday evening on June 29. Friday 30 June and Saturday 1 July the entrances open at 19.00. You can of course pay for entry at the gate, but you save money if you buy in advance.
If you bought your ticket via our ticket system, bring your printed / home-sent ticket to Summertime's entrance. In the entrance, the barcode of the ticket will be read and you will receive your wristband after the ticket has been approved. Simple and fast!
The code is only valid the first time it is read and it is not possible to enter more than once on the same ticket.
Duplicated tickets will be detected by our entry system and the holder will be denied entry. Suspected fraud will be reported to the police.
To buy an electronic ticket for Summertime via Ticketmaster do you need a VISA or Mastercard. If you don't have one of those cards, you can buy a ticket by depositing money into our ticket system via bank giro or paying via internet banking (Nordea, Handelsbanken and Swedbank). When you have completed your purchase online, a link will be emailed to you and via that link you can download your ticket.
If you do not want to have the ticket mailed to you, you can also have the ticket delivered to you by post for a fee. The ticket comes in the form of a PDF file and you need the free program Acrobat Reader to open the file.
Thanks to the unique barcode on the ticket, your festival experience is not ruined if you accidentally tear your ticket. Just print the PDF file one more time. If you happen to lose your printed ticket, you can contact our ticket system and provide your reference number and they will help you with a new ticket, as long as the original ticket has not been scanned.
As a customer, you are responsible for checking that the date, time, place and price match your order, you are also responsible for checking if anything has changed before the event. Purchased tickets cannot be redeemed, nor exchanged for another ticket.

When it comes to Corona, we follow the requirements of the government and the public health authority. If the concert or festival is cancelled, your ticket is valid for the concert/festival next year. You also have the option of redeeming your ticket and getting your money back, with deductions for any pre-purchase costs and the like.

In the event of a canceled event, the ticket buyer does not need to do anything for a refund to take place. The organizer will refund purchased tickets no later than 30 days after the organizer has notified the event that the event has been canceled to the email address provided at the time of purchase. For security reasons, payment will only be made to the card or account that was used when the ticket was paid for. The service/distribution fees paid in connection with ticket purchases are non-refundable.
If an event is postponed, the Organizer will notify this within 14 days to the e-mail address specified at the time of purchase. Purchased ticket is valid until the new date and if the ticket buyer wants to keep his ticket, he does not have to do anything. If the ticket buyer does not want to keep the ticket, he has 14 days to notify the Organizer that he wishes to buy back. For security reasons, payment will only be made to the card or account that was used when the ticket was paid for. The service/distribution fees paid in connection with ticket purchases are not refunded.
The organizer has the right to move the event to another equivalent venue within the same city or town unless the main content or the ticket buyer's seats change significantly. Notification of new slot will be sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase.
The organizer has the right to make changes to the event, but the ticket buyer has the right to buy back the ticket if the event changes significantly.
For festivals, the right to buy back tickets does not apply if the Organizer changes the artistic content, the program or the layout of the festival.
For ensemble performances, the Organizer has the right to change the artistic content, but the ticket buyer has the right to buy back the ticket if the event changes significantly.
About the execution of the event
If the Organizer has to cancel the event (in whole or in part), if it is canceled or it has to be moved to another time or day due to any circumstance beyond the Organizer's control, the Organizer's obligations are limited to what follows from these terms and conditions. The Organizer is never obliged to compensate the ticket buyer for direct, indirect or consequential damages such as accommodation costs, food costs, travel costs or lost wages in connection with the Organizer having to cancel (in whole or in part), change the venue or move the event to another time or day. The same applies if you as a visitor are refused entry or evicted from the event for a valid reason (examples of a valid reason are if the ticket buyer poses a risk to himself and other visitors; if the ticket buyer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if he has refused to undergo a security check ).
If there are events that the Organizer cannot influence and which prevent or make it significantly more difficult for the Organizer to carry out the event, the Organizer is released from obligations to carry out the event. Examples of such events are war, extensive labor conflict, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious spread of infection or other circumstances which the Organizer cannot reasonably influence.
